The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is close to a mall, shops, and restaurants. I would stay here again in the future.

The location was the best . You are 10 to 15 min max from everywhere you may want to visit in Charlotte. The perfect spot with great traffic.

The room was very beautiful and comfortable. Quay at the front desk began our stay with a very friendly greeting, provided all information needed and made me feel as a valued guest. I will definitely be staying with Courtyard again.

I was traveling from Virginia to Charlotte to visit my son and niece and do some volunteer work OCC. The building was lovely and the rooms were spacey.

Very clean hotel, spacious bathroom, bed was comfortable, the staff were great and good location to Charlotte!

the building was updated and clean. it was combined with the Residence Inn, which is a good idea. The room was clean and pleasant.

Very clean hotel. Super nice staff. 1 or 2 blocks away from the highway, so I was able to get to all my destinations within 15 minutes. Dunkin Donuts in the same parking lot for your morning coffee!

I love the set up of the room. The sofa was comfortable and the bed was nice and spacious.
